the location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to the blue mosque. the airport transfers were arranged perfectly.. the reception staff were helpful.

The shower in my room did not drain well. room service seemed outsourced. It felt more like an uber eats delivery than hotel service. i needed to pay immediately, awkward while i was showering.

The airport transfer was perfectly arranged, easing my arrival. check-in was seamless, i found our room prepared for us. a thoughtful upgrade to a room boasting beautiful vistas was given. It added a special touch to the beginning of our stay.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the bathroom, the toilet seat was loose! the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. It needed some repair, a nuisance.
